The Spruce Creek Rules Advisory Committee consists of members who are appointed by, and report to, the SCPOA Board of Directors. This committee is tasked with periodic review of existing community rules and to make recommendations to the Board upon consideration of proposals to modify or delete existing rules or to institute new rules.
The Rules Advisory Committee meets quarterly/occasionally. These meetings are noticed in advance and are always open to the entire community. Members serve at will as appointed by the Board.
