Ad-Hoc Beautification Committee

The purpose of the Beautification Committee is to maintain and improve the overall appearance of the Spruce Creek Community. The committee’s primary function will develop projects and make recommendations for improvements to the landscaping and other visual aspects of the property owned by the POA. The committee will be available to consult with other committees when questions related to the overall look of the community come before those committees. The committee will oversee the recommendations it proposes, in conjunction with, and coordinating the interests of the Architectural Review and Public Works committees.
