The Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) operates on it’s
own frequency
121.725 MHz

COMPLETE ADVISORY AVAILABLE WITH RADIO CHECK – tune to 121.725 MHz. The system will transmit
a complete advisory followed by a “Radio Check”. When the
system says to, simply transmit a brief message and it will then
echo-transmit your own message back to you. You actually hear how
your transmissions will sound to others, verifying power, clarity and
reception, before you takeoff.

TELEPHONE ACCESS TO FLIGHT CONDITIONS – The complete airport weather advisory can be
accessed by dialing the Superawos center at 617-262-3825 and when
prompted for an airport, enter 7356 for 7FL6.
NETLINK
ACCESS TO FLIGHT CONDITIONS – Airport weather information
can be provided on-line in graphical format from the Spruce Creek AWOS
Netlink server at http://scwx.from-fl.com
or click the web link on this page. The system provides a graphical
depiction of wind direction relative to the runway, visibility and
estimated ceiling, temperature and dew point spread and altimeter trend
(barometric pressure trends for rough long range weather forecasting).
The wind display features the airport runway on a compass card overlaid by
an arrow showing wind direction and speed. This feature provides a good
visual representation of crosswind component during take-off and
landing. The temperature and dew
point display provides a good graphical representation of the possibility
of obscure visibility for take-off and landing and the visibility and
estimated ceiling display graphically depicts local flying conditions.
